Returns and Refunds
At Stoneybrook Nursery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of living plants, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
Eligible Returns
- Plants that arrive damaged or dead on delivery
- Incorrect items sent in error
- Unused products in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
- Live plants that have been planted or removed from their containers
- Plants showing decline due to improper care after delivery
- Custom , special-order , Oversize and bespoke delivery specimens
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and any damage
- Description of the issue
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.
Plant Guarantee
We guarantee all plants are healthy at dispatch. If a plant fails to thrive within 30 days due to a fault at our end, please contact us with photos and we will assess a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.
