Delivery Coverage We deliver premium hedging and specimen plants nationwide across the Mainland  United Kingdom. Our specialist couriers are experienced in handling live plants to ensure they arrive in optimal condition.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value and  size, weight, and delivery location. Due to the specialist nature of transporting live plants and the care required, delivery charges reflect the premium service we provide.

Standard Delivery , boxed items.

Orders for boxed delivery , under £80.00 , = £9.99 delivery , 3-5 business days.

Orders for boxed delivery , over £80.00 = FREE , 3-5 business days.

Items that require a pallet delivery = £60.00 per pallet , 5-8 business days.

Oversize and bespoke delivery . Orders of £150.00- £350.00 = £60.00 delivery.

Oversize and bespoke delivery . Orders of £351.00- £700.00 = £55.00 delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

Bare-Root Plants (November - March)

  • Delivered during the optimal planting season when plants are dormant
  • Orders typically dispatched within  3-5 working days during season
  • We'll contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date

Container-Grown & Evergreen Plants (Year-Round)

  • Available for delivery throughout the year
  • Standard delivery: 3-8 working days
  • Specimen plants may require additional lead time

Plant Care During Transit All plants are carefully packaged using specialist materials to protect roots, branches, and foliage. Specimen plants receive extra protection and are secured to prevent movement during transport.

Delivery Requirements

  • Someone must be available to receive and sign for the delivery
  • Large specimen plants may require additional access (wide gates, clear pathways)
  • We recommend having help available for larger orders
  • Please inspect plants upon delivery and report any concerns immediately

Seasonal Considerations We may delay dispatch during extreme weather conditions (frost, heatwaves) to protect plant health. We'll notify you of any delays and arrange an alternative delivery date.
