Mainland UK Delivery Information
Our shipping prices are based on the value and size of the items in your order. When calculating your total shipping time, please keep in mind that the day the package is shipped or picked up from our warehouse is not considered the first business day; start counting business days from first full day that the package is “in transit” to you.
Note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and National holidays.
Delivery throughout mainland UK , however, delivery costs vary depending on the type of item(s) you have purchased such as large items like trees that won't fit on a pallet .Once you have placed your order we will get in touch with a tailored delivery quote for large and oversized items.
Plants over 2m in height or extra large plants, please telephone or contact for a bespoke quote on delivery. This is due to a higher cost to put certain plants into transit safely.
Our current charges :
Standard delivery for boxed items:
Orders under £80.00 = £9.99 delivery, allow 3-5 business days.
Orders over £80.00 = FREE , allow 3-5 business days.
Pallet delivery, for items requiring delivery on a pallet. = £60.00 , allow 5-8 business days.
Oversize and bespoke delivery . Orders of £150.00- £350.00 = £60.00 delivery.
Oversize and bespoke delivery . Orders of £351.00- £700.00 = 55.00 delivery.
Oversize and bespoke delivery . Orders of £701.00 - £1500.00 = £40.00 delivery .

If any orders don't meet quality control , delays will occur. We will contact you to give you a new delivery date.
