Pear Tree: Pyrus Communis: Conference

A widely renowned pear 'Conference' is a hardy and excellent tasting dessert pear. It can set its fruit without needing a pollinator so its an easy and low maintenance option. It produces small white flowers in spring and bears lime green pears with a bronze patternation. The bulk of the fruit is produced in autumn between the months of October and November. Preferably a spot with full sun but with some sheltering is ideal.
