Planting Instructions
Plant in full sun in well-drained soil. Full sun intensifies the silver-blue needle colour. Tolerates most soil types provided drainage is good. Avoid waterlogged conditions, which can cause root rot.
Dig a hole twice the width of the root ball and to the same depth. Firm in well, water thoroughly, and mulch around the base. For containers, use a large pot with drainage holes and high-quality, free-draining compost. Water regularly during the first growing season. Remove any shoots that break the rounded head profile to maintain the topiary form.
