Prunus lusitanica 'Angustifolia' – Half Standard

Prunus lusitanica 'Angustifolia' trained as a half standard is the epitome of contemporary garden elegance. This expertly shaped Portuguese laurel features a neat, rounded evergreen crown atop a clear stem, creating the classic lollipop form beloved by garden designers for adding instant structure and sophistication.

The slender, dark green leaves are more refined than the species, giving this cultivar a lighter, more graceful appearance. In late spring and early summer, fragrant white flower spikes emerge like delicate candles, followed by dark purple berries that attract wildlife. The perfect architectural accent for formal entrances, contemporary courtyards, or flanking pathways.
